​Most landowners only have one opportunity to structure a development deal properly. These agreements are typically entered into before a planning consent is secured and are difficult to change once signed. The structure of the development agreement will determine the majority of the land’s eventual value. It is of fundamental importance to get this right.

Our role is to advise you before you commit to a strategy or agreement, and throughout the promotion of your land through to sale.​
We act solely for our landowner clients, we do not promote or acquire land ourselves and we do not represent developers or housebuilders.
​We have particular experience with edge of settlement sites and strategic land, from two to twenty acres and deep understanding of both commercial and residential development.

Experience: The business is founded and led by Jacob Taylor, a dual qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Chartered Accountant (FCA) with over twenty years experience in the property industry. His knowledge comes from the development side of the market—from structuring and negotiating land deals, through planning to sale —so we understand first hand how value is created, and where it is often lost.
