​Mansfield and Rhodes is a consultancy business that provides clear, commercially astute and focused advice to landowners on how to maximise the long-term development potential of their land.

 

Most landowners only have one opportunity to structure a development deal properly.
The structure of the development agreement and terms agreed at the outset—often before planning is secured—will determine the majority of the land’s eventual value. It is of fundamental importance to get this right. 

 

Our role is to advise you before you commit to a strategy or agreement.​ We act solely for our landowner clients, we do not promote or acquire land ourselves and we do not represent developers or housebuilders. 

 

​We work alongside landowners to:

• assess development potential and planning strategy

• compare option, promotion and hybrid structures

• review and negotiate terms with developers or promoters

• guide land through the promotion process to eventual sale

 

Our role is to ensure that decisions are made with a full understanding of both value and risk.
